July 2008

July 16 – 20 Pre 1840’s Rendezvous and Civil War Encampment Travel back in time to our authentic rendezvous and visit our Civil War encampment. Contact: Tomlinson Run State Park 304-564-3651

July 19 Christmas at the Campground Campers decorate their sites for prizes. At 7:00 pm, take a wagon ride around the campground. 50 cents per person. Contact: Tomlinson Run State Park 304-564-3651

August 2008

August 3 13th Annual Antique and Classic Car Cruise and Auction 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. $5.00 per car. Enjoy antiques, classic and custom cars. Come purchase treasures at our auction. Contact: Tomlinson Run State Park 304-564-3651

August 30 250 th Anniversary – French & Indian War 250 years ago this year, Cherokee war gangs traveled the Ohio River War Road, terrorizing the French and their allied American Indians.  Presented by Doug Wood and Trails, Inc.
